Oscar is the go-to person when it comes to mindset transformation. He has 14 years of experience in setting the minds of people and organisations on autopilot with a winning mentality. He has over the years helped countless individuals, groups and the corporate world, harness the power of the mind to their advantage.
His book, titled, Mindset Revolution: Re-engineering your Mind from Prison to Purpose has impacted organisations and lives across the globe. The book is about your ability to harness the creative power of your thoughts and words, unleashing the power of the mind and how you can use it to your advantage, the programming of the mind and its adverse effects, how to be a slave to a winning mentality etc.
The core mandate of the book is to disrupt your thought patterns from negative to positive mental attitude and make you believe that you can achieve anything you put your mind to. It also empowers staff of organisations to have the right mindset aligned to the vision, mission and core values of the organisation they work for.
Through the Mindset Revolution Coaching Academy (MRCA), he has coached countless individuals, from middle to senior managers, to CEOs and Corporate executives by disrupting their mind patterns that lead to different results. That is to deprogramme a programmed mind to drive it on the pattern of a winning mentality.
Oscar has designed three main programs based on his Mindset Revolution book. The first one is a motivational session, the second is the training program for corporate organisations and lastly mindset coaching in helping people break mental barriers to step into new territories leading to different results. This is done via the Mindset Revolution Coaching Academy (MRCA).
Oscar apart from being an author and a corporate trainer is BBC trained in Radio operations and media works for his contribution to community radio and education in the UK. He has won several awards in the UK for works on mindset transformation and empowerment for the youth and the corporate world. He currently does a lot of work in mindset transformation in Africa, especially in Ghana.
In 2016, Oscar was a double winner at the African Entrepreneurs Awards in the UK as an Inspirational Entrepreneur and Media Personality. Oscar has been in the media space for over a decade in the UK as a TV and Radio Presenter.
During Covid, Oscar interviewed about 300 young people across Africa who were impacting the continent positively. Through this in 2021, the Global African Awards organised in South Africa in partnership with Brand South Africa honoured Oscar for Global Impact Award for Community Building. It's all about Mindset Transformation on the continent of Africa and beyond.
In 2017, Oscar was selected among thousands of applicants to be trained in radio production and media works for his contribution to community radio in the UK organised by the BBC.
The Platform Show on Fire Live Radio won the best Social Education Award in 2013 for its immense contribution to mindset transformation, talent, career and entrepreneurship development in the UK.
As part of Oscar’s double winner in 2015 as the best Inspirational Speaker and Business Man at the Regional Entrepreneurs Empowerment Business Awards, he was treated to a helicopter ride in London.
In 2016, Oscar was awarded an unsung hero for his dedication to education and impacting lives and organisations through the media organised by the African Calabash Magazine in conjunction with African Calabash Awards in London.
This was Oscar’s first major award in the UK in 2015. This award was held on the Thames River on a boat and it was an amazing experience which inspired him to go the extra mile to impact lives positively. Oscar was adjudged the best inspirational speaker and businessman of the year among the black community in the UK.
